Now you have a glimpse into what’s been my world for the last 20 years.
Hi! I’m Perpetua, French teacher, and freelance website copywriter. I live in England, in Cheshire. Thanks to my teaching experience, I’ve learnt how to understand, reassure, and tame even the most unruly audiences. And that’s the best copywriting school.
That’s where I realised the importance of having simple, honest and effective communication that matched my pupils’ needs.
That’s also when I learnt my most treasured values: hard work, kindness, and optimism.
Ok… so why copywriting?
I love teaching. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work with wonderful students, supportive families, and great colleagues. For me, teaching has been – and continues to be – the most humbling and heart-warming experience.
But there’s one thing I learnt through the pandemic: I need a better work-life balance. Have you found the same thing?
I have a loving husband – Chris, and 2 children – Will and Chiara. I want to be able to spend more time with them. That’s why I’m launching my freelancing career.
